The Containment Breaches were a series of seven breakouts from the Neurax Barracks by the Neurax Clones contained there.

Aftermath

The heavily decomposed remains of several scientists were discovered in the lowest levels of the laboratories, attached to the walls with misc. sharp objects driven through their hands and feet.
